FAQs

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Delivery

We will not be responsible after the hair have been sent out, we will help customer to communicate with forwarder if there is any deliver issue.

We will be RESPONSIBLE for below case:

a. We put the wrong address which didn't match your given address.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for package lost in these cases:

a. Shipping address is not clear or wrong; Deliver company won't be able to find it.

b. No one able to sign for the package and package is left at door, package stolen.

c. Signed by someone else you don't know which means malicious stolen.
